The list below does not show it in order. This is only to list those that pop of from my mind. I am not a complicated typical person, so good movie, according to me, is simple: a movie that entertains!
1) Facing the Giants (2006)
“..With God, all things are possible..”
Yes, as the tagline states, that’s why this is a good movie. It has a deep message, that whatever condition we are facing now, God is there, controls everything for the good of us.
2) The Ugly Truth (2009)
Another entertaining movie starred by Gerard Butler, a classic plot that two reluctant people can be love. But I do love this film so much…yeah, for it’s Gerard’s! 😀
3) Catch Me if You Can (2002)
One of Spielberg’s masterpiece, the one that states he is a great one in film industry. With all the big stars (Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen, and many more), Spielberg was really able to make Frank Abagnale Jr., a very brilliant young man who was successfully conned millions of dollars worth of checks as a Pan Am pilot, doctor, and legal prosecutor even before he’s 19, to be exist and entertain the audience. This movie is also strengthen DiCaprio (was still very young in this movie) existence as a truly great actor.
4) Inglourious Basterds (2009)
“Once upon a time in Nazi occupied France…”
A Quentin Tarantino’s 4 chapters (a brilliant way to connect plots) movie starred by Brad Pitt. Such a comedy movie I may say, for it pictured that Hitler was killed in a theater in Paris with bloody scenes where the Basterds scalped Nazi’s heads. Ugh….really entertaining, except the scalps.
5) Penelope (2006)
I always love a fairy tale that is brought simple but beautiful to movie. Penelope is one that is. This a movie about efforts a family made to break a curse, where Penelope must find true love with “one of her own kind” that will teach us to like ourselves the way we are. Good catch! Love Michael Feast in the movie so much.
6) Iron Man (2008)
Robert Downey Jr. is playing Tony Stark, a narcissist genius wealthy playboy, perfectly! A fantasy movie that I love!
7) Robin Hood (2010)
Ridley Scott featuring Russel Crowe: a great movie of course!
8) Made of Honor (2008)
Maybe because I love Patrick Dempsey so I love this movie. More than that, this movie is picturing that we often feel that we had a very precious thing just after we lost it, the thing that happened to me as well. hahaha… Love New York plots: warm!
9) Ratatouille (2007)
A rat that cook! ohohoooo… a creative cartoon! Fun, entertaining!
11) The A Team
